  3. Pricing and Payment: Our pricing is based on the size and complexity of the job. An estimate will be provided before the commencement of work. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit / debit cards.
  4. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  5. Customer Responsibilities: To ensure the success of our services, customers are responsible for providing access to the designated areas, securing pets, and removing any obstacles that may impede the cleaning process.
  6. Property Access: By engaging our services, customers grant DSH External Cleaning access to the specified outdoor areas. We assure you that our team will respect your property and take necessary precautions to avoid damage.
  7. Stain Removal and Surface Guarantee: While we strive for the best results, certain stains may require multiple treatments. We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains. Surface conditions may impact the results of our services.
  8. Liability: DSH External Cleaning is insured and takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your property. However, customers are encouraged to secure valuable items and inform us of any delicate structures or surfaces.
  9. Photographs: Photographs will be taken before commencement of works agreed upon, to ensure any pre existing damage is documented for your protection and ours.
  10. Complaints and Disputes: In the event of any concerns or disputes, please contact us promptly. We are committed to addressing and resolving issues to the satisfaction of our customers.
  11. Changes to Terms: DSH External Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
